摘要
《食品安全法》的条款,虽然消除了所表达的与欲表达的意思相去甚远的现象,但几乎每一条都能读出点"不同寻常"的味道,其《总则》便是集中的表现。
Anything different from or going against what is intended to express is deleted from the articles in our Food Safety Law. Although the law is well-made, we can still sense something linguistically imperfect in almost each article, especially in the General Provision.
