摘要
我国已经采取预防性的反腐败措施遏制腐败,并取得了一定成就。然而,预防腐败犯罪仍然难点重重,适应我国现有腐败犯罪的形式、腐败犯罪特点,我国反腐败和预防腐败犯罪制度也要同步发展。
China has taken preventive measures to stop corruption and has made some achievements. However, there are still difficulties in the prevention. We should develop our system to fight and prevent corruption crime according to the form and characteristics of the current corruption crime.
