我院神经外科颅脑损伤住院患者用药分析

Review of Drug Utilization in Neurosurgical Inpatients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的:分析我院神经外科颅脑损伤住院患者的用药情况。方法:采用我院药品信息、住院信息软件对我院神经外科颅脑损伤住院患者用药品种、销售金额、用药频度进行统计、分析。结果:神经系统用药销售金额所占比例最大(50.50%),其次是抗感染药,销售金额占27.13%。结论:神经系统用药在治疗颅脑损伤患者中占有主导地位,抗感染药应用也较普遍。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the drug utilization in neurosurgical inpatients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital. METHODS： The drug utilization in neurosurgical inpatients with eraniocerebral injury in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of drug kinds, consumption sum and DDDs by using drug information and hospitalization information software. RESULTS： In terms of consumption sum, the nervous system drugs took the lead with 50.50 % , followed by anti- infective drugs with 27. 13%. CONCLUSION： Nervous system drugs are used predominantly in the treatment of cranioeerebral injury and anti-infective drugs were also used extensively.
