2007～2008年成都地区17家医院抗感染药物利用分析

Utilization of Anti-infective Drugs in 17 Hospitals of Chengdu from 2007 to 2008

目的:了解2007～2008年成都地区17家医院抗感染药物的使用情况。方法:以销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等对2007年、2008年成都地区17家医院抗感染药物进行分类统计、综合分析、对比。结果:2008年成都地区17家医院抗感染药物用药金额增长幅度较大,各亚类抗感染药物中头孢菌素类、化学合成药、青霉素类用药金额排序依次占前3位,抗病毒、抗真菌药使用增多。用药频度前10位中,大多数是β-内酰胺酶抑制剂。结论:抗菌药物的细菌耐药率增长迅速,二重感染现象加剧,需加强抗感染药物的合理应用和规范化管理。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization situation of anti-infective drugs in 17 hospitals of Chengdu from 2007 to 2008. METHODS： The anti-infective drugs used in 17 hospitals of Chengdu between 2007 and 2008 were subjected to a classification statistic, comprehensive analysis and comparison with regard to the consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS ： The consumption sum of anti-infective drugs in 17 hospitals of Chengdu in 2008 increased markedly, leading the first 3 places in order among all the subcategories were cephalosporins, chemical synthetic drugs and penicillins. The consumption of antiviral drugs and the antimycotic drugs witnessed an increase. Most of the top 10 drugs on the DDDs list were β-lactamase inhibitors. CONCLUSION： Bacterial drug resistance rates of anti-infective drugs have been increasing rapidly and the dual infection is worsening, thus, rational use and standardized administration of anti-infective drugs need to be strengthened.
