摘要
目的:了解我院心血管病专科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为我院住院患者抗菌药物的合理应用及科学管理提供依据。方法:根据我院住院药房管理系统2008年住院患者用药明细的原始数据资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为48.28%,住院患者抗菌药物费用在总药品费用比例为45.25%;头孢菌素类抗生素使用率最高,达98.98%。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用基本合理,但仍有少数品种存在过量使用现象。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization of antibacterial drugs for inpatients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital in order to provide a basis for the rational use of antimicrobial agents and scientific management of antimicrobials. METHODS： The detailed primary data of he drugs used for inpatients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital in 2008 were retrieved from hospital pharmacy management system and analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： 48.28 % of the inpatients received antibiotics ; the cost of antibiotics represented 45.25 % of the total drug cost; of the total antibiotics used, Cephalosporin took the highest proportion with 98.98 %. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is rational on the whole, but a few kinds of which were used excessively.
