2006～2008年我院口腔颌面外科住院患者用药分析

Utilization of Drugs in Inpatients Undergoing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Our Hospital During the Period 2006～2008

目的:分析2006～2008年我院口腔颌面外科住院患者的用药情况,为加强合理用药提供参考与依据。方法:对我院2006～2008年口腔颌面外科住院患者的用药种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及药品限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2006～2008年我院住院患者用药种类相对稳定,抗肿瘤药、麻醉药、抗微生物药和水、电解质及酸碱平衡药金额较多。2007年起,由于碘125I密封籽源的开展使用,抗肿瘤药销售金额跃居首位。销售金额排序前10位的单品种药物统计遵循同样的规律。DDDs列前10位的药品中,DDDs总体逐年增高,而DDC则成下降趋势。结论:我院住院患者用药种类较为单一,用药品种较为稳定,使用较为合理。我院招标模式及药品价格管理也较为严格。给药途径以静脉给药为主,尚需加强抗微生物药的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the utilization of drugs in the inpatients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital for references of rational drug use. METHODS： The drugs used in the inpatients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital during 2006 - 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of kinds of drugs, consumption sum, defined daily doses （DDDs） and defined daily cost （DDC） etc. RESULTS： The kinds of drugs used in the inpatients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital during 2006 - 2008 were relatively steady. Antineoplastics, narcotics, antimicrobial drugs and drugs affecting electrolyte balance and acid-base balance took the lead in terms of consumption sum. Since 2007, the consumption sum of antineoplastics has forced its way into the first place ever since the initial use of iodide ^125I airtight seeds, and the same was true for the top 10 drugs on the list of consumption sum. The DDDs of the top 10 drugs ranked by DDDs increased year on year on the whole, while their DDC presented downward trend. CONCLUSION： Only a few kinds of drugs were used for the inpatients undergoing oral and maxillafacial surgery in our hospital. The kinds of drugs used in our hospital were relatively steady and generally rational. The tender mode and price control in our hospital were relatively strict. Intravenous administration was the chief route of administration. It is necessary to strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital.
