摘要
探讨舒血宁所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法:检索1998～2009年国内医药期刊报道的舒血宁致不良反应案例,并进行统计分析。结果:舒血宁所致严重的不良反应较少,但严重不良反应可累及机体多个系统,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为过敏反应。结论:临床应重视舒血宁的不良反应,并做好不良反应的处理。
OBJECTIVE： To study the general pattern and characteristics of the ADR induced by Shuxuening to guide rational drug use.METHODS： The ADR cases induced by Shuxuening reported in domestic medical journals during 1998～2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The reports about severe ADR caused by Shuxuening were on the lower side,but the severe ADR could involve multiple organs that manifested diversified with allergic reaction showing the highest proportion.CONCLUSION： Great importance should be attached to the monitoring and management of ADR induced byShuxuening.
