摘要
目的:探讨抗菌药物引起体温异常的特点和规律,以促进合理用药。方法:检索中国知网CNKI及维普知识网1998～2008年收载的医药卫生期刊,对其报道的由抗菌药物引起体温异常文献123篇(共计149例)进行统计和分析。结果:引起体温异常的个案中最多见的是抗结核病药,共40例(26.84%);其次是头孢菌素类药,共34例(22.82%);静脉注射用药的发生率最高,100例(67.11%)。结论:严格掌握临床用药指征,重视抗菌药物引起的体温异常情况,加强患者用药的监测和用药后的反应,以确保临床用药的安全。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the characteristics and regular pattern of abnormal body temperature caused by antimicrobial drugs so as to promote rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： 123 papers （a total of 149 cases） reporting abnormal body temperature induced by antimicrobial drugs published during 1998 - 2008 in Chinese medical journals retrieved from CNKI and VIP were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ： Of the 149 cases reported, 40 cases （26.84%） were induced by antitubercular agents and 34 （22. 82%） were induced by cephalosporins, and most of the drugs were administered intravenously with 100 cases （67. 11%）. CONCLUSION： Clinicians should strictly follow medication indications, pay attention to the situation that caused by antimicrobial drugs, strengthen monitoring in drug use and side effects after medication to ensure medication safety.
