摘要 为了探索适应高等职业教育需要的"双师型"教师队伍的培养途径,2002年以来,笔者从系统分析高职院校教师构成入手,按照高职院校教师职业能力要求,探索了教师职业能力标准,构建了促进教师职业能力发展体系,创新了促进教师职业能力发展的各项制度;通过在江西应用技术职业学院实践,取得了突出成绩,走出了一条促进高职院校教师职业能力的成功之路。 In order to explore the way of fostering the double qualified instructors to meet the need of higher vocational education,the authors began with the systematic analysis of the vocational colleges teachers constitution to explore the standards of teacher s professional ability,and constructed the systems and innovated the institutions to accelerate the development of teachers professional capability since 2002. Through the practice in Jiangxi College of Applied Technology,we have attained an outstanding accomplishment and have innovated a successful way to promote the teachers' professional capability of vocational college.
