关于地质类人才培养的几点思考

我国地质人才的现状不容乐观,缺口很大。如何培养能够满足新时期地质勘探工作需要的德才兼备的、具有敬业精神与创新意识的青年地质人才,是我们地质教育部门、各级地勘单位所面临的亟待解决的问题与义不容辞的责任。本文在对我国地质人才供求现状进行分析的基础上,针对如何培养地质人才、培养怎样的地质人才等问题进行了初步的探讨。

The situation of geological talents is not optimistic and there lies a great gap between the demand and the supply. It is an urgent and unshirkable responsibility for geological education departments and geological prospecting units to cultivate young geological talents with skills, virtues, working attitude and innovations. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of demand and supply, the paper discusses the problems about how to cultivate geological talents and which kind of talents should be targeted.
