摘要
研究了一种结构新颖的航空永磁同步电动机双机共轴余度系统,它由两台共轴的永磁同步电动机和两套独立的功率变换器组成。文中重点分析了余度电动机转子磁钢安装不对称所造成的角度差问题,理论推导了考虑角度差的必要性,并给出了正确测量角度差的方法。对系统进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明,在不同管理模式下,正确测量角度差并对角度差进行了补偿,有效地减小了角度差对系统的动、静态特性的影响,降低了系统的功率损耗。
A novel configuration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is presented in this paper, which is made up of a dual-redundancy PMSM drive and two inverters. This paper studies the angular because the two motors are connected to the same shaft with a different alignment, and deduced the importance of compensating the angular difference. In addition, this paper offers a method to measure the angular difference. Both motor simulation and experimental results present that the angular difference measuring and compensating is required in any case. Compensating the angular difference can reduce the influence of the dynamic and static performance, and decrease the loss of dual-redundancy system.
