摘要
经济的快速发展对电子政务提出了新的要求。合理、有效的开发利用政务资源迫切需要建立标准统一的共享信息化数据平台。对政府各部门间大量的信息化数据进行数据梳理,建立共享信息库,挖掘数据间的关联和规则进而提高政府自身服务水平具有重要的现实意义。本文以杭州市电子政务建设为例,分析了数据梳理技术的实际应用。
Rapid economic development has made a new demand to the E-government. It is urgent to establish a unified data platform for sharing information, with the purpose of developing and utilizing administrative resources reasonably and effectively. It is of practical significance to collate a large number of data between various government departments, to establish a shared information database and to find the relationship and rules between these data, in order to improve the government service.Inthis paper.taking the E-government construction in Hangzhou as an example, the author analyzes the practical application of the data collation.
