摘要
矿物内燃造孔剂可以在高温下释放能量,促进试件的烧成,试件的烧成收缩率高,抗压强度损失率低(44.7%),试件的气孔率低、体积密度高。热分解型造孔剂高温下吸热分解,试件的烧成收缩尺寸控制效果最好,制品的强度较低,气孔率高于其它两组试样,体积密度值最低。生物质造孔剂在烧成过程中可以为试件提供能量,但由于形成的缺陷尺寸大,掺量体积比为10%的试件的强度损失率最大,达到69.5%。
Internal-combustion mineral pore former can release energy at high temperature to promote the sintering process and its products have the properties of large volume shrinkage,minimal compress strength losing ratio (44.7%),1ow porosity and highest volume density.Thermal decomposition pore former absorb heat and decompose at high temperature,the volume shrinkage is best controlled,compress strength is lower than other specimens,and with the best porosity and volume density. Biological pore former offer energy when sintering and form defects of large dimensions.The strength losing ratio of specimens with 10% pore former by volume is 69.5%,which is the largest of all.
