Taking Kasho International Building for example, this paper analyzes the composition, configuration and functions of the various subsystems of intelligent systems in the building combining office with hotel, compares the difference of intelligent systems in the office and hotel, highlights the system security for hotel, proposes the losses and experience of the intelligent systems.
