动脉灌注和栓塞治疗贲门癌(附21例报告)

Arterial infusion and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer

探讨贲门癌介入治疗的价值。方法收集21例贲门癌患者行动脉灌注和栓塞治疗。结果缩小大于50%以上14例,占66.7%,稳定者(缩小率小于50%)4例,占19%,病灶无改变及进展者3例,占14.3%,本组总有效率为85.7%。结论贲门癌病人作动脉灌注化疗和栓塞治疗可明显控制病灶,改善生存质量,延长生存期。

To explore the value of arterial infusion and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer.Methods 21 cases of cardiac cancer underwent arterial infusion and embolization therapy.Result The volume of tumor was reduced more than 50% in 14 cases,accounting for 66.7%;stable（less than 50%） in 4 cases（19%）;and no change and progressed in three cases,accounting for 14.3%.The efficiency was 85.7%.Conclusion Arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization therapy can significantly control lesion,and improve the life quality and prolong survival time in cardiac cancer patients.
