摘要
针对目前没有一种对服役中玻璃幕墙安全性能现场检测的有效方法,提出一种利用脉冲激振方法获得幕墙玻璃固有频率来识别玻璃幕墙的松动与损伤程度。通过试验,发现四边支撑幕墙玻璃试样边界支撑松动会引起其固有频率衰降,从而利用幕墙玻璃固有频率的降低程度来识别玻璃四边支撑松动损伤程度。另外,研究了玻璃幕墙抗风压能力与其实测固有频率之间的关系,结果表明幕墙玻璃固有频率下降与其抗风压能力降低呈线性关系,进而能够达到利用现场实测幕墙玻璃固有频率来检测既有玻璃幕墙的剩余抗风压能力。最后,通过一个工程实例,描述该方法的实施过程,并验证该方法的实用性与可靠性。
Developing efficient online damage detection and safety evaluation methods for glass curtain walls is still a challenging task. A method is proposed for evaluating the extent of damage of glass curtain walls by using dynamic measurement of natural frequency. The relationship between the boundary stiffness of the 4 sides of the curtain wall glass and the natural frequency was determined through experiment. The test results indicate that the ability of the curtain wall glass to resist wind pressure assumes a linear relationship with its natural frequency. Therefore,the safety and reliability of glass curtain walls can be detected by its natural frequency. The implementation of this detection method is described,and the practicability and feasibility validated.
