摘要
腹板嵌入式组合梁是一种经济适用的新型组合梁。它由无上翼缘的倒T形钢梁和混凝土翼板组合而成。其组合作用是靠倒T形钢梁腹板上部开槽,并嵌入到混凝土翼板中形成抗剪连接而实现的。由于钢梁无上翼缘,其侧向稳定性较差,不利于承受施工阶段的荷载。对腹板嵌入式组合梁的施工阶段钢梁的整体稳定性能进行研究。首先结合倒T形钢梁的稳定性能,提出在下翼缘设置垫块的施工方法。其次考虑施工荷载的随机性进行单侧和双侧加载时的理论分析。钢梁双侧受力时,可由弹性稳定理论推导出整体稳定弯矩。钢梁单侧受力时,可以分解成对称受力和反对称受力的情况,分别求出其极限承载力,再按RANKINE法则得到最终承载力。为模拟实际受力状态,进行4根倒T形截面钢梁的试验和有限元分析,研究其受力与变形的关系,确定其极限承载力,并进行误差分析。最后进行试验、有限元分析和理论分析的结果比较,验证理论计算公式的合理性。
The concept and construction of steel-concrete composite beams with embedded webs were introduced. Theoretical analysis,experimental study and FEM analysis of the behavior of the inverse T steel beam of a embedded composite beam during construction stage were conducted. Considering different loading conditions during construction,4 reverse T cross section steel beams were designed and tested and the structural behavior observed. By comparing the experimental data with the theoretical results,the proposed formulas for checking the safety of embedded composite beams during construction were verified.
