鸵鸟球虫病流行病学调查及虫种鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 为了解鸵鸟球虫感染情况,采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法对郑州地区6个采样点共582份新鲜鸵鸟粪便样品进行了检查。结果发现阳性样品273份,感染率为46.91%,不同调查点鸵鸟感染率统计学差异极显著(P〈0.01),球虫主要感染0~3月龄幼龄鸵鸟,不同年龄段统计学差异极显著(P〈0.01)。鸵鸟球虫卵囊平均大小为23.85μm×21.88μm,卵囊形态指数为1.06,根据卵囊形态结构特征初步鉴定为鸵鸟等孢球虫(Isospora struthionis)。 To understand the infection status of ostrich Coccidium spp.,a total of 582 fresh stool samples from six sampling points in Zhengzhou area were examined by Shether's sugar floatation technique.The results showed that 273 samples were Coccidium-positive,with the infection rate of 46.91%.There was significant difference in infection rate in different sampling points(P〈0.01).Coccidium spp.mainly infect the 0 to 3 months ostriches,and the difference between infection rate and age was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The average size of oocysts obtained was 23.85 μm × 21.88 μm,with the oocyst index of 1.06.The oocysts were identified as Isospora struthionis based on the shape data measured.
