摘要
深圳南山中心区T106-0028地块超高层项目主楼A座为62层的超高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒混合结构体系,在避难层设置伸臂桁架形成加强层以提高结构的抗侧刚度。针对工程的特点,重点探讨了结构选型、结构布置、抗震设防目标、抗震措施以及抗风设计等,并从结构布置到关键构件的选取提出了相应的应对措施。设计还对结构进行了楼板振动分析和动力弹塑性分析。研究结果显示工程各项计算指标比较理想,所采取的措施也比较合理,整体设计满足规范要求,较好地解决了工程中遇到的困难。
The tower A of main building in site T106-0028 located at Nanshan Center District in Shenzhen city is a 62-story super high-rise building of a frame-corewall hybrid system.At refuge story outriggers have been applied to increase lateral stiffness of the structure.Based on the specialty of this project,it focuses on structural planning,structural layout,seismic fortification objects,seismic fortification measures and wind resistance design,etc.Solutions involved from structural layout to critical element selections have been proposed accordingly.Vibration analysis on slabs and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis on the structure have been adopted.The results are satisfactory,the solutions are feasible,the overall design meets code requirements,and construction difficulties have been well solved.
