摘要
2010年上海世博会世博村E地块改扩建工程的特点,在于拆除后新建部分与保留改建部分紧邻,且新建部分基坑较深,改建部分原结构已使用较长时间等。因此确定新建部分结构型式、基础类型和改建部分上部结构改造加固标准与方法、地基基础处理方式等问题都是紧密相关、相互影响的。在通盘考虑了边坡支护、施工顺序等一系列相关因素后,新建部分采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,其基础采用无挤土效应的钻孔灌注桩,改建部分的基础除与新建部分深基坑相邻处采用锚杆静压桩进行托换外,其余部分均采取措施实现了天然地基方案。
Lots of difficulties arise during the structure design of the building in E plot of Expo2010 Village.The deep foundation ditch of the new part is very close to the reconstructed part which has been used a long time.Some design factors are closely related to each other,such as the structure type and foundation type of the new part,the design standards and the ground treatment of the reconstruction.Limited to the retaining and protecting for foundation excavation and the construction steps,bored cast-insitu piles have been used in the new frame-wall building to avoid the pile driving effect,as the natural foundation used in the reconstructed part except the interspace where static bolt-piles were used.
