摘要
为了研究鹅源草酸青霉所产果胶酶在肉鸡日粮中的添加效果与使用方法,本试验分成4组,第4组为对照组,其余3组为试验组,分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.249%果胶酶、0.168%纤维素酶、0.150%复合酶,测定试验肉鸡的生产性能和血液生化指标。结果表明,果胶酶组各期的平均日增重、体重均比对照组显著增加(P<0.05),料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);各期的尿酸、尿素氮比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),49日龄血糖显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,与果胶酶组和纤维素酶组相比,复合酶组各期生产性能显著提高;28日龄尿素氮显著降低(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶显著提高(P<0.05),49日龄血糖、总胆固醇显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮显著降低(P<0.05),49日龄尿酸比纤维素酶组显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可知:果胶酶对肉鸡生长性能和血液生化指标影响显著;果胶酶与纤维素酶配合应用效果更好。
Abstract:In order to study the effect and the method pectinase in broiler diet,the trail had four groups and the of usage of Penicillium oxalicum Currie &Thom producing fourth group was control group,the other groups were test groups. The test groups' diets were added respectively with 0.249% pectinase,0.168% cellulose,0.15% compound enzymes. Broilers' growth performance and blood biochemical index were measured. The results showed that pectinase group's average daily gain and body weight were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05),feed/gain ratio was significantly lower (P〈0.05)during 0 to 28 days and 29 to 49 days. Uric acid level and urea nitrogen level had significantly decreased during 0 to 28 days and 29 to 49 days (P〈0.05),blood glucose level had significantly increased during 29 to 49days (P〈0.05). In addition,the broilers' growth performance in compound enzyme group was significantly better than that of pectinase group and cellulose group. Compared with pectinase group and cellulose group,compound enzyme group's urea nitrogen level had significantly decreased,activities of GPT had significantly increased during 0 to 28 days (P〈0.05),blood glucose level and total cholesterol level had significantly increased,urea nitrogen level had significantly decreased during 29 to 49 days (P〈0.05),uric acid level had significantly decreased compared with cellulose group during 29to 49 days (P〈0.05). Therefore, the effects of pectinase produced by Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thorn on growth performance and blood biochemical index in broilers were significant and the application effects of compound enzymes were better than single enzyme.
