刺槐幼苗中苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活力 被引量:3

ACTIVITY OF PHENYLALANINE AMMONIALYASE IN ROBINIA SEED AND ITS JUVENILE SEEDLING

摘要 刺槐种子吸胀1h后,就显示出苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活力,随着刺槐幼苗的长大,PAL活性不断增强。30d苗龄的刺槐幼苗不同组织的PAL活力差别很大,以幼茎为最高,幼叶次之,幼根最低。PAL活力与刺槐胚轴或幼茎的维管系统即导管分子的数量和木质化程度增长趋势相一致。它可能对提高树苗品质、抗病虫能力有积极意义。 Activity of PAL (phenylalanine ammonialyase) could be detected an hour after the imbibition of the robinia seed, and it was unceasingly heightened along with the growing process of the juvenile seedling. In the juvenile seedling of robinia 30 days after its germination, the activity of PAL varied greatly with the following order of different tissues stem>leaf>root. And the activity of PAL coincided with the increasing tendency of the numbers of vessel element in the plumular axis or juvenile stem of robinia and its degree of lignification as well. Therefore, it might play an active role in enhancing the resistance of seedling against diseases, insects and unfavourable environment.
