摘要
实验通过对城市部分持续参加一年以上有氧健身操运动和未参加运动的中年女性进行体成分、肌力和机能的测试,实验结果显示:长期有氧健身操运动可使体脂百分比下降,瘦体重增加,肌力增强,心肺功能提高,对预防心血管系统疾病、骨质疏松症,增强体质。
The experiment tests the physical constituents between the city women who take part in the aerobics exercises for a year and those who do not,with the result showing that prolonged exsercises can reduce the body′s fat by a certain percentage,gain some weight for the thin ones,strengthen muscle power,improve the cardiopulmonary functions and play an important role in preventing cardiovascular system diseases,osteoporosis and bettering the physical constitution.
