摘要
提出基于高速摄像机图像测量与处理的智能电器动态特性测试、设计思路与方案。以智能交流接触器动态过程测试为实例,介绍基于高速摄像机的智能交流接触器动态特性测试装置的测试原理、图像处理理论与方法。应用该测试装置,对智能交流接触器动作机构吸合、释放过程动态特性的ANSYS-ADAMS综合仿真结果进行验证,证明了仿真计算方法的正确性。该测试原理与图像处理方法不仅适用于智能交流接触器研究,而且适用于其它电器的智能化研究。
Based on high-speed camera image measuring and processing technology, the idea and approach of testing and design for intelligent electrical apparatus' dynamic characteristics were proposed. The intelligent AC contactor's dynamic process testing was used as an example. The testing principle, image processing theory and method of the high-speed camera-based intelligent AC contactor dynamic characteristics testing device were also presented. The device was used to verify the ANSYS and ADAMS-based comprehensive simulation results of the intelligent AC contactor's action mechanism's dynamic characteristics in its closing process and opening process. The result verified the correctness of the simulation method. This testing principle and image processing method apply to not only the research of the intelligent AC contactor, but also the intelligentize research of other electrical apparatus.
