摘要
以谷丰888为试验材料,在施氮水平80kg/hm2和基本苗120万~130万株/hm2下,覆草栽培、覆膜盖模式研究灌浆期谷子籽粒糖类累积的动态变化。结果表明,籽粒灌浆期(花后14d),在覆草栽培和覆膜条件下,可溶性总糖分别比对照下降了5%和17%;蔗糖分别比对照下降了22%和0.20%;淀粉分别比对照上升了6%和11%。表明在覆草和覆膜下谷子器官中可溶性总糖、蔗糖降解,快速积累淀粉,为最终实现较高的粒重和产量提供了基础数据。
The experiment was carried out to study the effects of three (Flat planting, straw mulching, plastic filmmulching) at N 80 kg/hm^2 and planting density plants 120 × 10^4 - 130 × 10^4/hm^2 on sugar contents and starch accumulation in grains during grain filling of foxtail miltet variety Gufeng88. The results showed that straw mulching and plastic film-mulching of the total soluble sugar, sucrose contents and starch accumulation varied with, was decreased by 5%, 17% than that of CK, was decreased by 22% ,0.20% than that of CK, was increased by 6%, 11% than that of CK. The degradation of total soluble sugar and sucrose foxtail millet straw and plastic film-mulching and the ability supplying and utilizing assimilate straw and plastic film-mulching were strong during grain filling stage.
