摘要
教学风格受到主观和客观两方面因素的综合影响:主观因素主要包括教师自身的文化品质、心理品质、职业品质、生理品质以及个体对教学风格的自觉追求等方面;客观因素主要包括学生、教学内容和教学环境等方面。在教学风格形成过程中,影响因素遵循一定的结合机制:主客观因素相互联系,缺一不可;统成整体,共同制约;协调一致,创造性结合。
Teaching styles are influenced by both subjective and objective factors. Subjective factors include teachers' cultural quality, psychological quality, professional quality, physical quality and their personal, conscious pursuit of teaching style etc; objective factors include students, teaching contents and teaching environment etc. In the formation of teaching style, the factors follow certain integration mecha nism, that is, the subjective and objective factors are interrelated and either is indispensable; the two kinds of factors combine as a whole and restrict each other; the two kind of factors are coherent and integrate coreatively.
