摘要
涡轮增压转子不平衡是导致增压器发生故障的主要原因之一。由于增压器故障的发生具有突然性,所以很难捕捉到其转子不平衡时的故障信息。通过人工设置转子不平衡故障,利用小波包对采集到的振动信号进行分析,结果表明,转子质量不平衡故障时其转子转频的二倍频幅值显著增强,为涡轮增压器转子不平衡的故障诊断提供了依据。
The turbo supercharger rotor mass imbalance is one of the most important reasons which lead to supercharger went wrong. Because supercharger take place failure suddenly, so is difficult to have rotor imbalance failure information. Man-made make rotor imbalance fault, and using wavelet packet analyze the vibration signal which by collection. The analyses result show that the double frequency of the rotor first frequency is intensity when rotor imbalance failure happen, and this provides a gist for turbo supercharger rotor mass imbalance fault diagnosis.
