摘要
开发了一种多通道数据采集和控制系统,使用高性能ARM7微处理器AT91SAM7SE512为核心搭建硬件采集平台,使用通用传感器接口的设计思想,便于支持各种类型传感器,引入无线模块,支持无线采集。采集的数据通过USB传送到PC。供PC进行分析和控制并使用MYSQL数据库保存数据。另外,PC端引入了虚拟仪器的方法,可以对数据进行实时显示和监控。在测试中,数据采集准确,通信过程稳定可靠,是一个小型化、低成本、高性能的数据采集和控制系统,具有良好的市场前景。
A multi-channel data acquisition and control systems has been developed, using high-performance ARM7 processor AT91SAM7SE512 to build the hardware collection platform, using a common sensor interface design ideas to support various types of sensors. This system introduces wireless modules to support the wireless acquiS tion. The data collected send to the PC via USB for analysis and control. PC use MYSQL database to save data. In addition, PC-side uses the virtual instrument method, can display and monitor real-time data. In the test, the data collected is accurate,the communication process is stable and reliable. This system is a small, low-cost, highperformance data acquisition and control systems, have good market prospects.
