本文介绍了重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)的上游和下游研究,体内生物学活性的检测,以及在临床中治疗肾性贫血和各种非肾性贫血的应用,并分析了rHuEPO在临床应用中少数病例疗效欠佳的原因、不良反应及处理原则。
This essay introduced the development andsome techniques about rHuKPO, test of its in vivo bioac-tivity, and clinical usage for treatment of renal -caused ornon-renal-caused anemia. This essay also analyzedcauses of some cases in which rHuEPO' s effect is not veryideal, side effects of rHuEPO and how to resolve them.
