Progression of Interventional Ultrasound

自1972年Holm和Goldberg首创超声引导下穿刺术以来,介入性超声发展迅速,已成为介入影像学中最活跃的领域之一。介入性超声具有实时、动态、准确、安全、快速、创伤小、费用低等特点,目前在穿刺活检、穿刺引流及介入性治疗方面已得到广泛应用,尤其是超声引导下肿瘤局部热疗更是近年来国内外学者研究的重点。随着各种新技术的使用,介入性超声将会发挥更大的作用。

Since 1972, when ultrasound - guidedpuncture was firstly operated by Holm and Goldberg, in-terventional ultrasound progressed rapidly. Now it becomesone of the most active fields of interventional imagemedicine. Interventional ultrasound has many good fea-tures, such as real time and dynamic image, accuracy,safety, quickness, small damage, low cost, etc., so it hasbeen widely used in biopsy, drainage, and interventionaltherapy, especially the focal tissue ablation. Along withusage of new technique, interventional ultrasound will beused more widely.
