大城市绿色交通技术政策体系研究

Research on Technological Policy System of Green Traffic in Larger City

从社会公平,社会发展和宜居环境三方面进一步界定绿色交通理念内涵。基于现有交通技术政策适应性评价,分析大城市发展绿色交通技术政策总体思路与研究框架,并在土地与交通协调发展策略,交通方式发展政策,交通政策分区策略,交通基础设施配置技术,交通组织管理五方面,提出大城市发展绿色交通技术政策体系。

The paper redefines the concept of green traffic from the perspective of social justice, social development and livable environment. Based on the existing problems of traffic technology policy in the current stage, general idea and research framework of green urban traffic technology policy are proposed from the perspective of coordination development of land-use and transportation, traffic mode development, traffic zone dividing, traffic infrastructure planning and traffic operation and management technology policy.
