摘要 总结了国内外城市滨水区的发展历程和内在动因,介绍了城市滨水区的研究动态,以上海苏州河为例进行实证研究。苏州河更新规划以复合规划、立体分层设计、无界限设计和多方位体验为规划理念,强调防洪安全、交通设施、滨河文化和遗产保护、生态格局、视觉景观和游憩感知六大体系,将滨水道路、滨水绿地、河道水系以及历史街区和历史建筑保护进行一体化规划,并明确规划结构。 The authors summarize the development process and initial causes in worldwide urban waterfront area, and introduce the current situation of study on urban waterfront area. A case of Suzhou Creek planning in Shanghai is studied, which based on compound planning, three-dimensional hierarchical design, non-boundary design and multi-position experience. The planning is composed by the six systems: flood security, transportation infrastructure, culture and heritage protection, ecology pattern, visual landscape and recreation perception. The structure of planning is put forward and integration planning includes riverside roads, parks and open space, rivers and historic districts and historic building.
