正常房水在活体对角膜移植免疫排斥反应的抑制作用

Normal Aqueous Humor can Prevent Rejection of Orthotopic Corneal Allografts in Rabbits

目的：观察正常房水对角膜移植免疫排斥反应的作用。方法：在兔眼建立偏中心穿透性角膜移植模型，术后结膜下注射正常牛眼房水，观察植片存活时间。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组角膜移植对存活时间显著延长（P＜0.02）。结论：正常房水在活体内具有抑制角膜移植免疫排斥反应的作用。

Objective: To test the in vivo immunosuppressive properties of aqueous humor. Methods: The eccentricallypenetrating keratoplasties were perfomed on New Zealand albino rabbits. using Japan rabbits as donor. Twelv recipient rabbitswere randomly allocated into 2 groups. The treatment grouprecevied subconjunctivally fresh aqueous humox from bovine eyes. Thecontrol grouprecived physiologic saline in a same way. Results: The results show that aqueous humor significantly prologed thegraft survival (P<0.02). Conclusion: the findings indicate that normal constituents of aqueous humor possess the capacity to prevent corneal graft refection.
