猪体脂合成代谢的研究

STUDY ON THE LIPOGENESIS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH FAT DEPOSITION IN PIGS

长白和长二(长白×二花脸)猪各6头在不同体重时,活体采取皮下脂肪和肌肉组织,测定四种 NADPH 产生酶的活性。结果发现:(1)体重30、60kg时,背部皮下脂肪的 G-6-PDH、6-PGDH、NADP-ICDH 活性以及整个试验期的 NADP-MDH 活性,长白猪显著低于长二猪;(2)体重30、60、75和90kg时,背部皮下脂肪的 MDH 活性与体重90kg 时的胴体瘦肉率呈显著的负相关(P<O.05);(3)斜方肌的 NADP-MDH 活性与斜方肌的肌内脂肪含量成显著的正相关(P<0.05)。

Activities of NADPH-generating enzymes (6-PGDH,G-6-PDH,MDH andICDH) in backfat and muscle (trapezius) of Landrace (lean) and Landrace×Erhualian(obese) pigs were determined.The samples were taken from the pigs at 30,60,75 and 90 kg of live weight (LW) by biopsy technique.It was found that obese pigshad greater activities of MDH (at four stages of LW) and those of G-6-PDH,6-PGDH and ICDH (at 30 and 60 kg of LW) in backfat.The backfat MDH activity wasfound to be negatively correlated with lean meat percentage of carcass at 90 kg of LW.Most of these correlations were significant (P<0.05).There were significant correlationsbetween MDH activity in muscle and intramuscular fat content in both lean and obesepigs.
