非经营性项目贷款存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Non-operating Project Loan

近年来,农发行加大了对政府非经营性项目贷款业务的金融支持力度,非经营性项目贷款成为各级农发行发行增量贷款的主要投放重点,在改善农发行信贷资产结构,支持"三农"和新农村建设、提升农发行地位等方面发挥了重要作用。随着业务的不断深入发展,暴露出贷款运营中存在的不少问题,本文主要分析了目前非经营性贷款运营中存在的几个问题,并提出相应对策。

In recent years, the Agricultural Development Bank of China（ADBC） has increased the financial lending support on non-operating project loan of government. The non-operating project loan becomes the major business at all levels of ADBC,and plays the more and more important role in improving the asset structure of credit ,and supports and the new rural construction, upgrades the status of ADBC. As the business continues to in-depth development, the loan operations exposed a lot of problems.The article analysed briefly the outstanding issues of the non-operating project loan, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
