框架结构轻质填充砌体与梁柱混凝土交接处施工质量控制

Construction Quality Control of Connection of Light Padding Masonry and Beam Column Concrete of Frame Construction

针对外墙面渗水投诉较多的问题,结合实际工程,分析了外墙面渗水的原因,得出大多是由框架结构轻质填充砌体与梁、柱混凝土交接处的裂缝所致,并据此提出了具体的防治措施。实践表明,这些措施是切实可行的。

Aiming at problems that too many complains of wall surface water seepage, according to the project practice, reason of the problem is analyzed, conclusion of it mainly resulted from connection crack of light padding masonry and beam column concrete. For this, specific prophylactic-therapeutic measures are proposed. Practice shows the measures is achievable.
