草地早熟禾根际胶质芽孢杆菌培养条件研究

Study on Culture Condition of Bacillus mucilaginosus Isolated from Rhizosphere of Kentucky Bluegrass

于2007年9月从草地早熟禾（Poa pratensis L.）根际土壤中筛选得出3株胶质芽孢杆菌（Bacillus mucilaginosus）为试验材料,对其培养条件以及典型生长曲线开展研究。结果表明,菌株在10℃～45℃内均可生长,最适生长温度在35℃～40℃;最适生长初始pH值在7.5～8.0;菌株K7、K3、K5的最佳通气量分别为220 mL、100 mL和150 mL;并在上述基础上经过进一步试验得到了菌株的典型生长曲线。试验数据对于了解掌握菌株的生长规律以及作为生物菌肥加以利用具有重要的意义。

Culture conditions and typical growth curve of three Bacillus mucilaginosus strains isolated from rhizosphere of Kentucky bluegrass in September 2007 were studied.The results show that the strains could grow under 10℃ to 45℃,the optimum temperature was from 35℃ to 40℃,the optimum initial pH range was 7.5 to 8.0,and the optimum ventilation volume of strain K7,K3 and K5 were 220,100,and 150 mL,respectively.Based on the above results,the typical strain growth curves were determined.The experimental data would be significance for the understanding of growth pattern and utilization as biological fertilizer of these strains.
