The article approaches to the origin of Zhenjiang museum, makes an analysis of historic and cultural environment, combined with new design idea of museum. With the theory of society ,study of architectural phenomenon and architectural semiology, using the element of regional culture, sign,material and technology, it tries to give Zhenjiang museum a new connotation.
