历史文化名村保护与发展的规划探索——以大屋村为例

Analysis on Conservation and Development Planning of Historic Village——Take Dawu Village as an Example

以肇庆市大屋村为例,探索了一套以居民需求为起点,针对古村落保护和发展,包括历史文化、人居环境、产业经济和社会发展四方面的主要矛盾而确定的规划目标、保护原则,并提出相应的规划措施的新方法,使得规划既起到保护古村落的目的,又能满足其社会经济发展需求。

Taking Dawu village as an example, this paper puts forward a new technique route of planning to realize the conservation and development of historic village. This planning technique bases on the residents＇ needs, focuses on the principal contradiction of history and culture, living environment, industrial economy as well as social development for the protection and development of ancient villages. Finally, it proposes planning objects and the principle of planning and countermeasures to meet the aim.
