办公建筑的适用性初探——以南京大桥北路一号商务楼规划设计为例

The First Exploration of Office Building——Take the Case of NO.1 Office Building Design along Nanjing Da Qiao Road

中国现正处于全面建设时期,办公建筑的需求量很大,很多城市在规划建设中缺乏对当地的经济发展和实际需求的正确评估,出现求高、求异的盲目现象,而忽略了建筑实用性与适用性。本文从理论研究出发,结合工程实践,对办公建筑适用性问题进行了初步的探讨。

China is in fast construction period in all respects. There are in hare demand for large office buildings. Many local constructions lack of evaluation of accuracy and precision planning on the local economic development, they are blind to demand the building to be high and different and neglect the building＇s practicality and applicability. In this paper,we will probe into building＇s practicality issue combined building＇s practicality with engineering practice.
