摘要
马铃薯块茎在为期4个月的低温贮藏过程中,游离氨基酸含量变化很大,但品种之间没有一致的变化趋势,与其对软腐病的抗性也没有明显的关系。17个品种的测定表明,品种的游离氨基酸含量高低与抗性无关。经低温处理和部分厌氧处理,较感病的品种克新四号的游离氨基酸含量变化与感病性呈正相关,较抗病的品种克新九号的游离氨基酸含量变化与抗病性呈正相关。受到侵染后,感、抗品种的腐烂组织中游离氨基酸都减少,而在病健交界处的组织中大量积累游离氨基酸.
Great changes in amino acids(FAA) in potato tubers were observed during coldstorage over 4 months.The patterns of changes varied with varieties and could not be re-lated to variety resistance.FAA contents in tubers of 17 varieties were also not associ-ated with the level of resistance.The fluctuation of FAA content in Kexin 4(more suscep-tible)pretreated at lower temperature or partial anaerobic was positively related to thatof susceptibility,while in Kexin 9 (more resistant) the FAA fluctuation was positivelyrelated to that of resistance.FAA was reduced both in resistant and susceptible tissuesafter infection,but there was a significant accumulation of FAA in adjacent tissues.
