专利保护对我国外商直接投资的影响分析

Impact Analysis of Patent Protection on Foreign Direct Investment in China

本文利用实证数据分析了我国专利保护对FDI的投资规模、产业结构、投资模式、进入方式等方面的影响,说明专利保护状况不仅是吸引外资流入的重要法律保障,而且在一定程度上还是提高外商直接投资规模、质量和效益的重要手段。

As a supplement to the existing research,this paper researches the effects of patent protection on the size,industrial structure,investment pattern and entrance mode of FDI,using the empirical data of China. The Study shows that patent protection is not only an important legal protection to attract foreign capital inflow,but also an important means to some extent to increase the size,quality and efficiency of foreign direct investments.
