针刺治疗女性更年期抑郁症30例

Treatment of 30 cases of female menopausal depression with acupuncture

目的:评定针药对照治疗女性更年期抑郁症的疗效。方法:将60例入选病例随机分为针刺组和西药组,每组各30例,分别给予针刺和口服百优解治疗,6周为1疗程。两组患者分别于治疗前和1疗程结束后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。结果:针刺与抗抑郁剂都有很好的抗抑郁效果,两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但针刺组起效较慢,在抗抑郁的同时还有抗焦虑作用。结论:针刺有良好的抗抑郁作用,可能是通过对神经内分泌系统整体的良性调节发挥对女性更年期抑郁症的治疗作用。

Objective：To evaluating the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and antidepressant drug on female menopausal depression. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases,treated by acupuncture）and control group（30 eases,treated by antidepressant）,they were treated for 6 weeks. HAMD and HAMA rating scale were used to assess therapeutic effects. Results：Acupuncture and antidepressant drug had good effect on an tidepressant,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group（P〉0.05）,hut acupuncture had slowly effect than antidepressant drug,while acupuncture had effect of antidepressant as well as anti-anxiety. Conclusion：Acupuncture realized its effect by adjusting the neurondocrine system＇s function,which was further to cure femal menopausal depression.
