摘要
以1 a实生毛竹苗为材料,通过测定在不同浓度NaCl胁迫条件下的各项生理指标,研究了NaCl胁迫对其生理机制的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl处理时间的延长,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升高再下降、过氧化物酶(POD)和可溶性蛋白呈先下降后上升的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升-下降-再上升的趋势;叶绿素含量、苗高生长量、新发根数呈显著下降趋势。其中毛竹在中、低浓度(6 g.L-1左右)NaCl处理下能够维持较高的保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量(约29.49 mg.g-1)、较低的丙二醛(MDA)含量(约2.24μmol.g-1)以及较高的叶绿素含量(约3.32 mg.g-1)。
Abstract:Effects of different concentrations of NaCI on the physiological mechanism of yearling seedlings of Phyllostachys pubescens was studied by measuring some physiological parameters. The results showed that, with the extension of time for NaC1 stress, the activities of SOD increased at first and then de- creased~ the activities of POD and the content of soluble protein decreased at first and then increased~ the content of chlorophyll decreased, growth of stem and number of new roots reduced; the content of MDA increased at first, then decreased, and finally increased. In medium NaCl solutions (about 6 g ·L-1), the growth showed no inhibiting effect, the activities of cell defense enzymes, the content of soluble protein (about 29.49 mg·g-1) and the content of chlorophyll (about 3.32 mg·g-1) maintained in high levels, the content of MDA (about 2.24μmol·g-1) in a low level.
