摘要
在温度为25℃,相对湿度75%条件下,研究了溴甲烷与磷化氢以100∶1、100∶2、100∶5、100∶10的比例熏蒸防治花斑皮蠹(Trogoderma variabile)3~4龄幼虫各5 h,结果表明:溴甲烷及4种比例混用的LD50分别为8.43、6.71、6.42、5.89 g.m-3和3.86 g.m-3,4种比例混用均能使溴甲烷增效,但以100∶5的比例使用最好。
Indoor bioassay of mixtures of methyl bromide and phosphine on larva were carried out under following conditions: temperature: 25 ℃, and relative hu of Trogoderma uariabile midity: 75M, 3-4 instar larva, time of treatment. 5 h, proportions of the mixture of the methyl bromide and hadro-phosphine: 100 : 1, 100 : 2, 100 : 5 and 100 : 10. The results showed that the lethoal doses (LDs0) for the mixtures with the proportions of: 100 : 1, 100 : 2, 100 : 5 and 100 : 10 were 8.43 g,6.71 g, 6.42 g,5.89 g,3.86 g per cubic metre respectively. The effect of methyl bromide was promoted in all the four mixatures. The optimize percentage was 100 : 5.
