学校及家庭行为矫正治疗辅助哌甲酯治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效分析 被引量:12

Curative effect analysis of the behavior modification techniques of the school family aiding methylphenidate for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

摘要 【目的】探讨学校及家庭行为矫正治疗辅助哌甲酯治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention-deficit hyperac-tivity disorder,ADHD)的疗效分析。【方法】随访142例ADHD患儿,随机分成药物治疗组和综合治疗组,分别应用单纯药物治疗和学校及家庭行为矫正治疗辅助哌甲酯综合治疗,并使用Conners儿童行为量表检测治疗前后患儿的行为问题。【结果】综合治疗组比药物治疗组治疗的依从性好;3个月时,综合治疗组治疗效果和药物治疗组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但6个月时,综合治疗组治疗效果明显好于药物治疗组(P<0.05或<0.01)。Conners量表结果显示药物治疗组治疗后,冲动多动和多动指数有明显改善(P<0.05或<0.01)。而综合治疗组的学习问题、冲动多动、焦虑,多动指数和总分均有明显改善(P<0.05或<0.01)。而综合治疗组学习问题、焦虑和总分也有明显改善(P<0.05或<0.01)。经过6个月治疗后,综合治疗组和药物治疗组相比,学习问题、冲动多动、焦虑和多动指数和总分都有明显差异(P<0.05)。【结论】学校及家庭行为矫正治疗辅助哌甲酯治疗儿童ADHD的效果比单纯药物治疗效果好,更能改善患儿的焦虑和学习问题,而且具有较好的依从性。 【Objective】To inquire the curative effect analysis of the behavior modification techniques of the school family aiding methylphenidate for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). 【Methods】142 cases of ADHD were divided into simple medication group and comprehensive treatment group,and respectively used pure drug treatment and comprehensive treatment of the behavior modification of the school family aiding methylphenidate.The children′s behavior problems before treatment and after that were checked by Conners children behavior checklist. 【Results】The compliance of comprehensive treatment group was better than that of simple medication group,there was no obvious difference between them at 3 months(P0.05),but at 6 months the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive treatment group was better than that of the simple medication group(P0.05 or 0.01).The Conners checklist showed that the drug treatment group had obvious improvement in impulse,hyperactivity and hyperactive index(P0.05 or 0.01),but the comprehensive group had significant improvement in study disorder,anxious feeling and total mark(P0.05 or 0.01).After treatment of 6 months,the comprehensive group had improved obviously in study disorder,impulse,hyperactivity,feeling anxious,index of hyperactivity and total mark(P0.05). 【Conclusions】The curative effect of the behavior modification techniques of the school family aiding methylphenidate is better than the simple medication for ADHD.It can improve patients′ anxious feeling,study problems and has better compliance.
