羟甲基尿素对反刍家畜消化代谢作用的研究——Ⅰ.人工瘤胃试验研究氨的释放速率 被引量:11

摘要 分别用4只山羊、2只湖羊的瘤胃液,进行了9头次体外试验,测定人工瘤胃装置中氨释放速率,以筛选出适宜于作为反刍动物非蛋白氮(NPN)饲料的羟甲基尿素(FDU)产品。结果表明:羟甲基尿素能被瘤胃微生物分解产生氨,释放氨的速度比尿素缓慢;F/U 值越大,氨释放速率越低,以 F/U 值为0.33~0.50的羟甲基尿素较为合适。 The ammonia release rate of the urea and formaldehyde-treated urea (FDU) withdifferent proportion of condensation was studied by artificial rumen technique.9 exper-iments were conducted with ruminal liquid samples taken from four goats and twosheep,respectively.The results indicated that FDU could be decomposed by ruminalmicroorganisms.The ammonia releasing rate of FDU was slower than that of urea.Withincreasing F/U value (rate of molar concentration),the releasing rate of ammoniawas decreased.At the value of F/U ranging from 0.5 to 0.33,the FDU condensationcompound would be expected as non-protein nitrogen used in ruminant diets.
