摘要
多方面研究马铃薯块茎的还原糖含量及其与软腐病抗性之间的关系。结果表明,表皮组织的还原糖含量与其对皮孔侵染的抗性无关,而薯肉组织的情况比较复杂。品种之间相互比较时,两者没有相关性;但对一定的品种,经低温贮藏,不同温度处理及厌气处理后组织的还原糖含量发生改变,其感病性的变化与还原糖含量变化之间有正相关性。
The investigation of relationship between reducing sugar (RS) content in tubers andtheir resistance to soft rot (Erwinia carotovora pv.carotovora) was carried out in severalaspects.In all tests,RS content in periderm tissues was not found to be associated withtheir resistance to lenticel infection.The relation between RS content in medullar tissuesand resistance to infection by pepitte injection was various based on test conditions.Ascompared with the relations between varieties,there was no relation between medullarRS content and its resistance.However,after storing tubers of a given variety at lowtemperature,or treating them at various temperatures and anaerobic condition,medullarRS content was changed,showing a positive relation between susceptibility andRScontent.The role in soft rot pathogenesis played by RS and its significance as a cri-terion for disease resistance were discussed.
