摘要 采用有限元软件ANSYS对官地水电站机墩结构进行三维有限元分析,从结构应力、配筋和位移角度研究了蜗壳空腔和内水压力对机墩受力的影响。结果表明,分析机墩应力和配筋时有必要考虑蜗壳空腔和内水压力对机墩结构受力的影响,尤其对高水头、大直径蜗壳的厂房结构进行整体计算分析方能使机墩结构设计更符合实际。 A three dimensional finite element analysis of the pier base for a hydropower station is presented using ANSYS software in this paper. The spiral case cavity and internal water pressure influence of pier base is analyzed according to the stress, reinforcement and displacement. The results show that it is necessary to consider the cavity and internal water pressure of spiral case influence of forced structure of pier base for analyzing the stress of pier base and reinforcement calculation. The structural design result of pier base will be more realistic when considering the whole structure calculation of power house especially to the hydropower station with high head and large diameter spiral case.
