On the Scientific Development of Socialist Market Economy

We should promote the development of the socialist market economy under the guidance of the scientific concept of development. First of all, it is necessary to deepen the research on the relationship between the socialism and the market economy to understand their necessary linkage. Secondly, we should acquire deep comprehension of the common laws of market economy, and learn from the useful experiences of the developed countries. Thirdly, we also need understand the special laws of China＇s market economy, and respect the ereativity of the general public. Finally, we must get a correct understanding of the difference and the relation between Marxist Economics and Western Economics, so that we can make them complement each other.
